To make vegan dim sum, mix crumbled tofu, shredded cabbage, crush garlic and soy sauce, add spoonfuls of the mixture to egg-free pot sticker wrappers, pan fry the pouches until the bottom is browned, and then pour water over them to steam. Allow the vegan dim sum to steam for about a minute and a half with instructions from a private chef and caterer in this free video cooking lesson.
